That’s why our Fundamentals program covers the 9 foundational movements: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, and Med-ball Cleans, along with key accessory movements. This ensures a smooth transition into our Intermediate and Advanced classes.
Our expert coaches will teach these movements to beginners, offering valuable advice on technique and form, so you feel confident in your abilities. You’ll feel better and fully prepared to step into any of our classes with confidence.
Think you’re not a total beginner? We still recommend taking one Fundamentals course. The Groove BOX environment can be intense, and this is the easiest way to make a smooth transition into our fitness community.
