What is a WOD?

A WOD (Workout of the Day) is a key component of the Groove BOX fitness program. Every day, we post a new WOD, offering a unique workout that targets both strength and conditioning. This daily workout pushes your limits and helps you improve your fitness level over time.

At Groove BOX, we follow a structured workout schedule: six days of training, followed by one rest day. However, athletes can adjust the routine to fit their individual needs and recovery times.

The best part about the WOD? It’s scalable. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, you can modify the WOD to ensure it’s always challenging at the right level. This means you can adjust the intensity of the workout, allowing everyone, regardless of fitness level, to safely participate and see progress.
